I was born and raised in Las Vegas where I still reside with my husband and dog Ace. It seems I've always had a deep curiosity with how life "works" and following that passion, received my bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in marriage and family counseling.
At age 16 began transcendental meditation and have been practicing Vipassana meditation in the Theravada tradition for the past 35 years. My curiosity and passion for life continue to grow as I seek to support fellow humans in this incredible journey.
