Bio
My focus is as a Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and my calling is to offer inclusive, accessible, transformational practices that support emotional resilience, healing, and community in our complicated, ramped-up world. My trauma-sensitive facilitation is informed by my own personal journey (including the loss of my only child Andrew in 2017) as well as the work of Thomas Hubl, Resmaa Menachem, Ruth King, and David Treleaven. I am also a Trainer of SoulCollage® Facilitators internationally. SoulCollage® is a contemplative, transformative practice of collaging magazine images that call to you onto 5X8 matboard cards. You build a personal "deck" in the service of accessing one's intuitive wisdom and unleashing creativity and resilience for transformation. The roots of SoulCollage® are aligned with IFS and Jungian Psychology. In my previous career, I earned a doctorate in neuropsychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and have been called to serve as a teacher and spiritual guide from an early age.
