Wishing to share the tools of mindfulness with students and provide a safe, caring and reliable container for practice. My main objective is to empower students so they can apply the tools of mindfulness to their every day lives. Everyone already carries the wisdom; practice is a way of reminding and sustaining this empowerment.
My focus is on teaching adults in my neighborhood in Queens NY and in the larger NYC metro area. I teach introductory courses in person and on Zoom as well as host a weekly Zoom group.
In addition, I am looking to co-create and collaborate with other teachers and healers in New York City and the larger NYC metro area. This because I believe when more and more students are empowered, well-being, attention, love and harmony can increase in our city and state. This will benefit the greater whole.
