I am a young teacher who is interested in movement practice, trauma-sensitive mindfulness, and Loving kindness practice.
I have learned a lot from chinese medicine and Taoism and look forward to learning how to incorporate this into my teaching.
I have also spent a lot of time training in non-violent communication and would love to incorporate that as well.
I also love to cook and am really interested in mindful eating and all the ways that we can bring our practice off our cushion and into our daily lives.
