I am a psychologist living in Greeley, Colorado. I have helped complex trauma survivors of all ages heal themselves. I have a small private practice that I opened in 2005.
A regular practice of centering prayer in graduate school led me to mindfulness meditation. I currently practice both styles of contemplation.
I have 3 children who keep my life filled with joy. I am active in Northern Colorado volunteering in our progressive Christian church and other activities like, watching our kids act in theatre, play the flute, trumpet and piano, and going to swim meets and soccer games. I keep my eye on being centered throughout with a regular practice of meditation and time with people I love.
