I am a board certified health and wellness coach, and founder at Bloomandbelong.com. I come from a culture of yoga in India, and am certified in mindfulness, self-compassion, breath-work, and laughter yoga.
I believe we are all connected, as well as unique. With this lens, I work with individuals to tap into their strengths, and connect to their inner well-being for joy and ease in their life.
I particularly enjoy working with mothers, as they are the foundations of every human being, and therefore, are the route to a better world.
I have lived in three different countries and work with a diverse, inclusive lens.
