I am a registered nurse and have been practicing meditation and Reiki since 2007. Reiki opened the door for me to learn more about meditation, and I love the way the practices are so deeply intertwined. I love spending time hiking in the woods with my sweet dog, Jelly, and also spending time with my horse, Starr Struck. I'm so grateful to be part of the 2023 MMTCP graduating class!
