Hello,
I'm Heidi, a Registered Dietitian and recent MMTCP Graduate (Class of 2023). I'm also a mom, breast cancer survivor, nature enthusiast, seeker of "take-my-breath-away" sunsets and lover of Farmer's Markets. I enjoy seasonal eating, growing vegetables and herbs, meeting local farmers and teaching others about the joys of fresh, delicious, wholesome food. I have a passion for working with cancer survivors and facilitating groups in addiction recovery centers. I am deeply grateful for my Mindfulness Meditation practice, the MMTCP community, and the opportunity to now share this incredible gift and practice with others!
