Hello! I'm a professional artist and workshop facilitator exploring the intersection of mindfulness and creativity. My insight meditation practice has spanned more than 20 years, informing my art practice, teachings and personal healing. I'm a guest teacher at the Temple Buddhist Center in Kansas City, MO and the Unity Arts Ministry in Unity Village, MO. As a painter, my work captures the inward journey through vibrant expression, reflecting themes of nature, color, spiritual awakening and the divine feminine. My original acrylic paintings and gicleé prints are collected worldwide as well as licensed for inspirational products, and I've recently created and published two oracle card decks utilizing my art: "Wisdom of the Shadow: Oracle for Self-Discovery, Soul Work & Transformation" and "Wisdom of the Divine Feminine: Oracle for Heart-Centered Embodiment & Wholeness." I am available for a variety of workshops, both in person and online, using art-making as a tool for mindfulness, self-discovery and liberation.
