When I turned 50 I became a yoga teacher teaching meditation in the style of Kripalu Yoga. As a Graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program I continue my commitment to supporting the wellbeing of students, acquaintances, friends, and family members through my own meditation practice and my assistance as a mentor and teacher.
