Bio
I embarked on my personal / spiritual development path in 1995 in search of joy & happiness, and I consider myself as a life-long learner. My deep passion is to share the gems I've learned from my teachers in the fields of spirituality, transpersonal psychology, meditation, healing, and mysticism, as well as my experience to help bring more love and compassion to other people's lives.
My mindfulness journey began when I met Eckhart Tolle at a weekend retreat in Hong Kong over two decades ago. My Tibetan Buddhist teachers have greatly influenced my meditation practices. After attending Thich Nhat Hanh's summer retreat, I fell in love with walking meditation.
I have over two decades of work experience in an American Fortune 500 Company in Hong Kong and in running a family business in Vietnam. In late 2013, I went back to school and started coaching and facilitating "Inner Work Circles" on a part-time basis; meditation has almost always been part of my work. I have earned a master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology, and I'm also a certified trainer in the Canfield Methodology and in other areas related to Maximizing Human Potential. I am an MMTCP 2021 graduate and I've meditated daily for the past 24 years. In my work, I integrate mindfulness and meditation, transpersonal psychology and maximizing human potential into my coaching practice in Hong Kong and online.
I recently moved back to my hometown- Hong Kong, where set-up a company. My aspiration is to become a well-known life and mindfulness meditation coach, a meditation teacher, and a day-retreat facilitator in Hong Kong, helping professionals ages 26 and above to develop inner resources to deal skillfully with stress and challenges in their life, to love and accept themselves, and to realize their full potential. I'm also interested in supporting youths.
I joined this alumni in hopes of finding a tribe where we can support each other in our common vision to spread mindfulness meditation teachings and make this world a better place.
