Bio
I have been a practicing Buddhist for many years now. My main teacher is Thubten Chodron, abbess of Sravasti Abbey here in WA state, as well as Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. I created a strong practice over the last two years and following the Eight Fold Path is my first priority in life. I wish to combine my love of writing with my love of nature photography. Sharing mindfulness practices, creating safe, respectful, and fun spaces for people to practice in community is what I look forward to doing after finishing the program. I also will be spending 1 week a month at Sravasti Abbey keeping my Dharma practice strong and which provides the kind of structure and monastic community I love and want.
