I am currently leading a meditation group at a local organization that offers services for patients, caregivers and families of those whose lives have been touched by cancer.
I also lead meditation and writing groups online, a way to combine meditation and the meditative process of writing and to express whatever wants to come forth.
I'm a clinical social worker and appreciate how the MMTCP training and my own practice expand any notion I have of what it means to be human.
