I hold a university degree in psychology (Diplom-Psychologin Univ., 1994).
I was first formally introduced to meditation in 2006.
At that time, I was working in management positions for an international corporation in the automotive industry.
Eventually, I decided to leave the corporate world and embark on a second professional career, returning to my roots in psychology.
Since 2017, I have been self-employed and run my own psychological practice in the heart of Zurich.
From 2019 to 2021, I completed the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP).
I offer mind training, mindfulness-based coaching, and mindfulness-based therapy.
