Hi All, I'm excited to connect and continue to learn and grow together. As a retired Dental Hygienist, full time Parent, Kripalu Yoga instructor, Mindfulness Meditation instructor and an active participant in Random Acts of Kindness, I feel it's all an experiment and/or a practice. I often embarrass my adult children, when I take full deep loud breaths, otherwise known as a deep sigh! Grateful to be on this path together with you!
