I live on Gabriola Island in BC Canada with my husband Dave and my two beautiful dogs. I am transitioning from geriatric psychiatry into Life-Coaching and more mindfulness meditation teaching. I am trained to facilitate MBCT, MIndfulness Based Dementia Care, and MAPS for Daily Living. I felt so blessed to be part of MMTCP from 2017 and 2019. It profoundly changed my life and has changed the lives of many others I have had the privilege of walking alongside. I love to work in my garden, spend time with friends, and be in nature.
I am glad to be part of the alumni and grateful to the organizers for being willing to herd cats!
