When I started the MMTCP I was still discovering if teaching would be my path, now at the end I know for sure.
I have said goodbye to my twenty year career in Media to fully dedicate myself to mindfulness meditation and coaching. Nothing fills my heart more than to guide anyone going through challenging times into calmer waters. To help them see that there is indeed freedom to be found in the chaos that can be our lives.
