I am a single mum of two children. I teach a group meditation monthly. I am moving towards being a therapist and meditation teacher full time in the future.
I have been studying Buddhism since I was 26 and meet with a teacher regularly.
I work in environmental management and work to connect people with a mindful relationship to the natural world in the hope that this inspired environmental stewardship.
