I've been practicing mindfulness since 2012 and have attended retreats in Europe and online settings. Currently, I am a PhD candidate in education at UC Santa Barbara, and I work as a freelance web developer.
As a mindfulness teacher, I focus on how knowledge workers bring mindfulness into their daily life as they engage with technology, a constant flow of information and related mind faculties.
My practicum courses were designed in this purpose: Mindful Grads, and Metta For Researchers.
