I am a licensed psychologist, mindfulness teacher, and yoga therapist. I offer continuing education seminars internationally integrating mindfulness, polyvagal informed approaches, and gentle movement to mental health providers and veterinary professionals. I also provide workplace wellness and mindfulness consultation to organizations. Among the seminars topics offered are compassion fatigue and healthy aging. Of special interest is the integration of art and mindfulness. In pursuit of this interest, 2023 will find me in the North Carolina mountains teaching a museum mindfulness series and offering Morning Mindfulness at the Georgia Museum of Art.
