I have been a student of meditation and mindfulness for more than 30 years.
I have also been a licensed massage and bodywork practitioner since 2003, a massage instructor since 2005, and a teacher-trainer across various experiential and vocational programs ever since. I have a degree in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Arizona, a certificate in massage therapy and Zen shiatsu from the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts, and a serious interest in the integration of mind and body.
