Teaching meditation online in French every week since November 2020! Conscious dance teacher since 1998 (Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms), I give workshops combining mindfulness and dance. Winding down an active professional life, mindfulness in daily life is my focus. I live in both France and California, have aging parents and am not active on social media. I plan to continue teaching online as long as people come to class!
