I'm from Brasilia (capital of Brazil) and I started on the path of Meditation in 1995 in Tibetan Buddhism. I have a degree in Civil Engineering and was a professor at the University of Brasília for 22 years (1987-2009). I completely changed my field of work, after recovering from many health problems and the “miracle of being a mother”. With motherhood I decided to leave my job at the University, take care of my 3 children and took courses related to psychology, group psychotherapy, energy therapies, life and executive coaching. I participated, for 7 years, in a research and teaching project at the Hospital of the School of Medicine of the University of Brasilia on Meditation for patients with chronic diseases. I also worked for 3 years in a project to assist terminally ill patients in a Palliative Care Hospital. And for the last 13 years I have worked as a meditation teacher, therapist, coach and mentor. I teach courses, retreats and I continue to maintain my personal practice guided by Lamas of Tibetan Buddhism, and in the MMTCP with Jack, Tara and the Mentors.
