I began my dharma journey in 1997 and my yoga practice in 2001. Having experienced the many benefits over the years I began sharing my experiences through teaching in 2012 and most recently graduated from the MMTCP program as part of the 2023 cohort. It is with a heart full of metta that I endeavor to continue teaching and sharing the wisdom of these practices.
