I am a mindfulness meditation teacher and co-founder of the International Meditation. I create spaces for people who want to grow and thrive in compassionate community. And I love doing that in collaboration, with dear colleagues from South Africa, Sweden, US, China, Argentina, Chile, Romania and Germany. Every Sunday we offer the International Medition in which our students support each other with openness, sincerity and compassion in order to cultivate positive states of consciousness such as equanimity, resilience and joy. Together we practice being less controlled by the brain’s evolutionary tendency towards negativity, we dismantle unconscious stereotypes and misleading thought patterns.
I am also part of the DACH-Sangha, a teacher group of German speaking MMTCP´s. From 2025 on we are offering in-person retreats in Germany.
