I've been practicing since 2016, when I first discovered Headspace and sensory-deprivation floats as ways of working with complex trauma. Over time, that initial curiosity opened into a broader path of exploring the many dimensions of mindfulness and contemplative practice. My work is deeply influenced by teachers such as Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Henry Shukman, and Loch Kelly. I completed the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) in 2023, and later continued my training by completing thier Mindful Mentoring Training and then David Treleaven’s Advanced Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness certification in 2025.
