I am a Family therapist in The Bay Area. I work in Private practice in Mill Valley and I teach classes and facilitate groups at UCSF Medical Center. I enjoy supporting new parents (birth and adoptive) in the challenging and joyful task of raising the next generation. I have an on-going mindfulness group for pregnant persons. Attending mindfully with kindness and self compassion seems to be the key to caring for others and the world.
