I am a Veterinary Technician, devoted animal lover, and Teacher/Practitioner of the Let Animals Lead® Method of Animal Reiki developed by Kathleen Prasad. My mission is to bring the benefits of mindfulness meditation to pet/animal owners, trainers and caretakers, veterinary professionals, and shelter and sanctuary workers and volunteers, with the goal of improving the wellbeing of both the animals and the people who care for them.
