I have been a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher for the past 8 years, also I presently work as a Health Coach. I am a Mom to 4 adult children. I also am a Pediatrician who is no longer in active practice. My husband (who just took a new job) and I recently moved to Orlando FL but we continue to own the farm where we raised our children in Southern Illinois. I dream of high mountain passes and eventually living full time in Colorado. Things that light me up include Yoga, hiking, biking, skiing, dancing, being with family and friends, teaching others and watching the light in their eyes as they tap into their Joy.
