Carolina Bautista-Velez is an immigrant, Latinx, activist, Certified mindfulness teacher & Certified Professional Coach, Anti-racism consultant and trainer. Her passion is to inspire change that allows individuals, groups and organizations to stand in their humanity, dignity and wholeness.
She is the owner of CVelez Consulting and Metamorphosis-Coaching. Carolina uses mindfulness, resilience, neuroscience and compassion as tools to move towards individual and collective liberation Carolina is a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher, and a Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher with the UCSD. She holds a degree in clinical psychology, with a specialization in psychoanalysis.
