I have worked as a professor of American Literature, a website content developer, a native landscape gardener, a mother and a meditation instructor. I believe that everyone can find their way to fundamental well-being by trusting their ability to recognize what meditation methods are working for them at any given moment. I have found refuge in mantra meditation, mindfulness, insight meditation, Unprovoked Happiness, Headless Way and direct inquiry. I have worshipped as a Quaker, taken MBSR through the Penn Program for Mindfulness, and completed the Finders Course. I lived for about a decade in Russia and now make my home in eastern Pennsylvania. I believe that a meditation instructor should cultivate trust and create a safe space in which students can learn to trust themselves.
