I am a clinical psychologist specializing in PTSD and have worked in community mental health organizations for over 40 years. I now have a private practice. I began my dharma path in the mid 1980's and have had the good fortune of having many dharma teachers (Stephen Levine, S.N. Goenka, Ajahn Amaro, Ayya Anandobodhi, Zachoeje Rinpoche, and Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche were my primary guides.) I began sitting vipassana retreats in 1990 and have integrated mindfulness practices in my work and life for many years.
