I work both as a meteorologist and as a meditation teacher and I am fascinated by the spiritual depth of meditation and Dharma. My work focuses on integrating mindfulness practice into work and family life, ecodharma, awareness practice, deep rest and nature meditation.
I am passionate about living and teaching from a place of connectedness, while also being sustainable with myself and the world. I love being outdoors, climbing, qigong and dancing as well as being with my family and friends.
