I am passionate about exploring the outer and inner weather, as I work as both a meteorologist and a meditation teacher.
For me, mindfulness is not only a technique for relaxation and stress reduction, but above all an inner attitude and a spiritual way of life that leads to more peace on our planet.
I am particularly interested in integrating meditative practice into everyday life, interpersonal relationships and our relationship with nature.
When I am not working, meditating or teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also love rock climbing, dancing, and qigong.
