Before taking the teacher training with Jack and Tara I spent a year and a half living in Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh’s monastery and five years as a neighbor and regular visitor. This was sparked by a period of contemplative life in the mountains, without mains electricity, gas, or water, and with chronic severe pain and mobility issues—my motivation to make mindfulness a way of life! And it changed everything. Now I have a passion for sharing these transformative skills and insights so that others may benefit, both individually and collectively. I’m currently running two meditation groups online.
