Hello Friends! I am originally from Brazil, but I have been living in the US for the past 30 years and currently live in St Louis, Missouri, where I teach finance at a local university.
I fell in love with mindfulness and meditation practice after taking the MBSR course about three years ago. I have been practicing meditation ever since and attended, in the meantime, as many silent retreats as I could at places like IMS and Spirit Rock, etc.
My goal is to deepen my mindfulness practice, which I still find pretty challenging, and to know more to share the transformative power of the practice of developing wisdom and lovingkindness with others.
