Hi! I live in the mountains of western North Carolina just north of Asheville, in a little town called Barnardsville. I am a 2023 MMTCP graduate. I have taken and helped lead MBSR and also was trained in the Mindful Practice curriculum out of Rochester. I have been an OB/GYN physician for over 20 years and am interested in bringing mindfulness to healthcare providers and pregnant women. I am really looking forward to connecting with others and forming a supportive network with others interested in teaching mindfulness
