I like to think of myself as someone that inspires people to connect with Spirit. I am a mom, wife, pet mom, entrepreneur, teacher, and spiritual life coach based in Mexico City.
I am trained as a Yoga teacher, Health coach and Life coach.
I have a Master’s Degree in Education.
My passion is to teach and I've taught every grade from Pre K to College.
Now, I teach spiritual and meditation workshops.
I love to travel. I am learning to enjoy cooking.
I love being in natural environments and taking care of animals.
