My biggest credential or my best way to introduce myself is that I am a mom of two little ones a girl and a boy. They are amazing human beings. Because of them I decided to change the course of my life this year 9 years ago.
I am trained as a Parent Educator in Conscious Parenting. I have more than 8 years of experience, working with adults (women, parents), adolescents, children, schools, universities, educational institutions and businesses on the subject of Emotional Health, Mindfulness, Mindful Leadership, Inclusion and Diversity. Through workshops, courses, talks and private consultation.
I am trained as a Montessori Assistant by Association Montessori Internationale.
Basically focused on the development of children from 6 to 12 years old (Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies, Arizona, USA). My work is to share socio-emotional resources in Spanish and English at Schools mainly, with parents especially mothers.
I am the author of the book Thoughts Are or its Spanish version Los Pensamientos Son. A book for the whole family, illustrated by my husband and kids. The intention of this work is to promote in children and adults the knowledge and appreciation for their inner world.
In a very simple way, I explain what thoughts are, and how they do not define us or make us good or bad people.
