Amy Opielowski, E-RYT 500 is a seasoned yoga, fitness, and mindfulness teacher. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University, completed her 200-hour Yoga teacher training in 2007 with CorePower Yoga, and earned her 300-hour Yoga teacher training in 2017 with Jason Crandell. Amy lives in San Diego, with her wife Beth and together they love to lead workshops and retreats worldwide.
