I have been practicing meditation for many years, but the MMTCP training was extremely helpful in strengthening my base of skills and knowledge, as well as my commitment. I have worked as a clinical psychologist and university professor, with a special interest in positive psychology, especially the study of well-being and happiness. At this time I would very much like to develop or join a community of others in my local area who will practice and teach together.
