I recently completed the MMTCP program. I took a couple of months break from all scheduled mindfulness activities :0) and am ready to resume. I live in MArin County and am an Acupuncturist. I have a background in a few types of meditation including TM and Guided. And have a deep love for the teachings of mindfulness.
