After developing for several years as an IT manager and project administration/delivery manager in different sectors/companies, both nationally and internationally (in addition to developing in the teaching area at the bachelor's and master's levels), I have certified as a mindfulness meditation instructor. With this certification I will be able to contribute, among other benefits, to the reduction of individual and collective stress that Mexico and its citizens face today and, in this way, allow not only to release tension in body, mind and emotions; but also to explore towards inner peace.
