I am a 2023 graduate of the MMTCP Program. I previously received a Mindfulness Meditation certification from David Nichtern and the Tibet House in NYC. I live outside of Philadelphia where I have been teaching and practicing both vinyasa yoga and mindfulness meditation for many years. I practice daily and love to be able to share the immense and direct benefits that come from a consistent practice.
