SUMMARY:Mindful Journaling
DESCRIPTION:“We write to taste life twice\, in the moment\, and in retrospect.” Anais Nin Mindfulness quiets the mind and opens the heart\, mindful journal-ers listen to the heart and mind\, and write. The writing sorts out the soul by bringing  into the light that which was dim. The writing leads to unexpected and welcome discovery and a natural movement toward change. Whether you are an avid journal-er or first timer you are welcome to a shared space for mindful writing\, and sharing (if you like).
