SUMMARY:The European Community -December Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Dear Friends\, \nWe joyfully launched the online monthly meetings of the European Community with a delightful get-together in November. \nWe’ve decided to continue meeting on the last Tuesday of every month for now. Since the December meeting would fall on Boxing Day\, and many might already have plans in place\, we’re shifting the next gathering to the preceding Tuesday on the 19th of December\, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm CET (Central European Time Zone). Staying in tune with the holiday spirit\, the theme for our next gathering will be “What is the significance of the winter season rituals that you practice?” \nJoin Zoom Meeting https://us05web.zoom.us/j/6678748357?pwd=obXFYfbwQPbQDDpVn6gOUrHRUN7clZ.1&omn=85372612375; Meeting ID: “667 874 8357”; Passcode: “mindful”. \nI eagerly look forward to our December meeting!\nMay we relax into the fullness of life. \nWith gratitude\, \nRobert

SUMMARY:MNVC Monthly Sangha meeting
DESCRIPTION:We usually start with a short sit followed by check-ins and NVC practice. I like to focus my NVC practice on the “roots” and connection rather than how to say things in a way that creates a particular outcome. \n  \nZoom: \nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/86449117228 \n  \nWe’ve had a pretty consistent group meeting each month. SUMMARY:Asia Sangha
DESCRIPTION:Sunita has offered to lead us through her reflections on the swahali saying “pole pole” \nThe meeting is on January 14th – 8.30pm Indian Standard Time \nThere is a Swahili saying here ‘Polè Polè’- meaning slowly\, slowly\, easy easy.  I see the people here being in the moment all the time. The animals in Masai eat\, sleep\, and tend to their offspring for a while and trust they will survive when the time comes to let go. The people here smile\, whether in dire circumstances or not.  Their beauty and presence is mesmerizing.\nI find myself wondering how I got lost in the workings of a first world country and lost the sense of Polè Polè?Is a ‘privileged  life a boon? (As per Budha) This trip has reminded me of so much to be grateful for and not to get caught  up in the day to day drama of life- or at least go Polè Polè when life throws a curveball! Sending Metta to you all. Sunita \n
