When I chose to form and facilitate this sangha on the “Brahmaviharas”, I never imagined that I would be teaching the Four Divine Abodes during a time of war in the Middle East. My older son and is wife live in Ra’anana, 30 min. by car from Tel Aviv.
My 3 oldest grandsons & the wife of the oldest (ages 19, 21, 22, 23) are all actively immersed…
