Thanks Sunil for leading us! The needs I had met in sangha today were: acceptance, safety, having my shares/myself seen/heard/valued, presence, authenticity, discovery, and a need for community:) So appreciate everyone’s contributions to our process today. No pressure Allison for writing summary notes…hahaha;)

Thank you, Gayle! So lovely to see what needs were met by today’s meeeting. A lot of my needs were richly met like connection, trust, belonging, community, love, beauty. The word that summarizes it all for me is communion.
