Hi Sunil, I hope that you are well and 2024 is starting off well for you. I am also confused about the time, though I understand that this may need to shift as your schedule allows. Unfortunately I won’t be able to join at 1 p.m. PT today but will hopefully be able to make the session in February. Best wishes to all in the MNVC sangha! Kathy

OOOOOppppssssseeeeee!!! The time will be the same as before. 10am PT – 11:30am PT. Truth be told, the group usually ends at 11:45am PT because there is so much richness at the end and I am still learning how to balance time management with harvesting the richness.

Hi Sunil, Can I just check the timing of the sangha as it seems to have moved. The start time above, 1pm Pacific Time, is 9pm UK time which is two hours later than previous sessions. Hoping that you see this message and can clarify for me please. I’m thinking maybe there’s an error either in your message or my understanding. Thanks! Cathy
